On February 19, 2003, Mike Holden gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Diana,
Scott McBurney recommended I e-mail you with a taping
policy. I recently played some shows with Paul Casey,
who has shows posted to archive.org, and Scott taped
some of my sets, which I'd like for him to post on the
archive site.
I've included my taping policy below and I hope you'll
consider adding it to the site. Please e-mail if
there's anything else I need to do. Thank you.

Mike Holden actively encourages and appreciates taping
and trading of his live shows through any medium,
provided it is within the guidelines set by the venue
and other artists and provided it is for personal,
non-commercial use. Selling or commercialization of
any recording is illegal and will in turn jeopardize
the taping privileges which have been granted.
